1. By visiting derekischmitz.wixsite.com/home and other pages ("the website"), you consent to share computer-identifying data (IP address, etc) with Wix.com. Derek Schmitz and team ("website management", or when collectively used, "us" or "we") view this data as a way to identify you (site visitor, client).

2. The site visitor may also choose to sign up for free site membership and email subscriptions. which allows premium content access and allows for Wix site registration, giving us your full name, address, phone number, and email address. We will never send or sell any of this data and only allows us more in-depth analytics as to who is visiting the site. You may unsubscribe at any time.

3. When you open a chat session with us, we take your name, email, and phone number, along with your questions. This creates a lead profile inside of Wix Ascend, our business creation portal by Wix, which allows us to get an idea of who you are. This information is used and saved to better serve you.

4.  If you book services through the "Book Derek S. Services Online" page ("Online Booking Portal", "Service booking"), you give us access to ONLY items that are functional to the service completion (address, etc) and this is used to complete the service. 

5. When you use the Contact form, you give us your name, email, and message. This information is saved to a contact list so that Derek may respond to you.

6. When you apply for a position/job, you give us your full name, email, phone number, DOB, Position Selection, Linkedin, start date, and qualifications. This automatically goes into a secure database for employee selection. If you match our criteria, we will call you at the phone number you provided.

7. By agreeing to above-stated terms, you consent for all of the above to take place and understand that you may withdraw or ask us to remove data at any time.
